Entry Requirements

Who Can Enrol

Alpha Technical Training has the following entry requirements. If you can commit ~15–20 h/week to self-paced study, this course is for you.

Personal Requirements

Be at least 18 years old

Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid visa with full study and work rights

Be employed in the AC & refrigeration industry or secure employment upon enrolment

Demonstrate sufficient LLN skills (ACSF Level 3) for reading, writing, numeracy, and communication — assessed at enrolment

Demonstrate ability to use digital technologies — assessed through the enrolment process

A valid visa or passport

An up-to-date resume

Supervisor declaration and employment reference (for specific pathway)
